Cleveland Clinic Medina Hospital in Medina, Ohio is seeking a PRN RN to join the Intensive Care Unit. This role offers flexible per diem scheduling and a dynamic team environment focused on delivering exceptional critical care.

The ideal candidate will have ADN or BSN education, an active RN license, BLS certification, and ICU experience. Per diem shifts require adaptability and strong communication with the care team.

Competenze

• Current RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Two years of recent nursing experience preferred for ICU/medical-surgical settings.

Mansioni

• Provide direct nursing care in the ICU.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patients’ conditions to the team.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
