Qualifications

• Valid American Board Certification in Internal Medicine.
• MD or DO degree from ABIM-recognized internal medicine residency.
• Florida medical license or eligibility to apply.

Responsibilities

• Direct care to adult non-surgical hospitalized patients.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient consultations.
• Coordinate internal medicine subspecialty care.
• Offer telephone consultations for non-service unit patients.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and committee work.
• Contribute to medical student, resident and fellow education.
• Provide leadership for academic projects in education, quality and safety.
