Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Medicine (MD) is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience is required.
• Certification/licensing: refer to department requirements for applicable licenses and credentials.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and carry out comprehensive medical treatment plans addressing biological, psychological, and sociocultural factors.
• Perform physical assessments of patients in a respectful manner.
• Prescribe medical treatment and clinical drugs to patients.
• Gather essential information from records and interviews with patients, families, and other professionals.
• Report to the responsible physician and comply with policy co-sig.
• Identify and report hazardous conditions, equipment issues, and supply inadequacies.
• Adhere to confidentiality standards and university policies; protect patient information.
• Pursue ongoing education to increase knowledge and clinical expertise.
