Job summary

Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Needham is seeking a Per Diem Utility-Stock-Dishwasher to support kitchen operations in Needham, MA. You will set up the dish station, operate the three-bay sink, and wash pots, pans, china, and silverware according to sanitary procedures.

You will stock cook stations and tray lines with clean dishes and assist with deliveries. You will monitor refrigerator and dish machine temperatures, record stock levels on par sheets, and maintain the cleanliness of the dish

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 years related work experience required.
• Basic familiarity with computers.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves and cleans patient dishes in a timely manner and stocks station with clean china before meal service.
• Removes trash in a timely manner from the kitchen and café, and disposes of it properly.
• Records dish machine temperatures and kitchenette temperatures daily and tracks stocking levels on par sheets.
