Broad Reach Healthcare in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Hospice Nurse (RN) for a per-diem role from 4pm to 8am. You will triage calls, visit hospice patients, and provide compassionate nursing care during evening and overnight hours.

Formación

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts.

Hourly Pay Range: $43 - $54/hour, based on experience

Per-Diem Hours: the shift is 4pm – 8am only, no fixed days, pick up when you are available

We are looking for an RN available to work 4pm– 8am,per-diem (no fixed schedule), triaging calls and visitinghospice patients throughout the shift.

Your Role and Impact:

• Work on-callfrom 4pm – 8am only,pick up shifts when you are available
• Triageall phone calls, received through our answering service, between 4pmand 8am for Broad Reach Hospice patients.
• Visithospice patients as required for patient/family support andsupport of day nursing staff. Provide expert nursing care, symptommanagement, and emotional support tailored to each patient's needs.

Who You Are:

• A licensedRegistered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts, experience in hospice orpalliative care is preferred but not required.
