Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting.
• Spanish speaking preferred.
• Proficient in computer typing and various programs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to clinical referral information with care and expertise.
• Assess eligibility and suitability of clients for hospice services.
• Coordinate care ensuring patients’ comfort and quality of life.
