Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking a dedicated Per Diem Hospice Registered Nurse to provide compassionate end-of-life care to patients in Tucson, AZ. As a Hospice RN, you will assess needs, develop care plans, administer meds, and support families within a collaborative team.

The ideal candidate holds an Arizona RN license, have hospice or critical care experience, and can work evenings, weekends, and rotating shifts. Per diem hours and a rewarding environment await.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license in Arizona.
• Minimum of 1 year hospice or palliative care or 1-2 years of critical care.
• Knowledge of hospice regulations, practices, and standards of care.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and rotating shifts as needed.

• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
