Superior Hospice is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide compassionate end-of-life care in the Twin Cities service area. You will support patients and families with dignity, comfort, and clinical quality in a home-based setting.

Qualifications

• CNA license in Minnesota.
• Hospice, palliative, or oncology experience required.
• Flexible, dependable, and emotionally resilient.
• Driver’s license and transportation required.

Job description

Job Title: CNA – End-of-Life Care with Compassion and Flexibility

Compensation: $19 – $25/hour DOE

Benefits: Full Package Available for Full-Time Staff

Schedule: Per Diem or Full-Time | Weekend Rotation
