Job summary

Superior Hospice in Minnesota is seeking a CNA for end-of-life care with compassionate, flexible support. Per diem or full-time roles with weekend rotation are available in the 21-county Twin Cities service area.

You will provide ADL support, medication assistance, vital signs observation, and compassionate family-centered care within a collaborative care team.

Qualifications

• CNA license in Minnesota
• Hospice, palliative, or oncology experience required
• Flexible, dependable, and emotionally resilient
• Driver’s license and transportation required
