Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking experienced, reliable Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate personal care to hospice clients in the West Valley. The role emphasizes building meaningful relationships and fostering a healing environment for patients and families.

Qualified candidates hold Arizona CNA certification, HS diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Hospice CNA experience is preferred; drug screening is required before employment.

The right candidates will provide personal care services to our Hospice clients in the West Valley. This role will allow the candidate to build meaningful relationships and foster a healing environment.

Requirements

• State of Arizona Certified Nursing assistant (current)
• High school graduate or GED
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• 6 Months of Hospice CNA experience or equivalent (preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication, prioritization & organizational skills
• Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment including medical & recreational marijuana
