Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking experienced, reliable Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate personal care to hospice clients in the West Valley. The role emphasizes building meaningful relationships and fostering a healing environment for patients and families.

Qualified candidates hold Arizona CNA certification, HS diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Hospice CNA experience is preferred; drug screening is required before employment.

Qualifications

• State of Arizona CNA certification current is required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Hospice CNA experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, prioritization & organizational skills.
• Drug screening required prior to employment including medical & recreational marijuana.
