AdvisaCare Home Health Care and Hospice seeks experienced Hospice Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate personal care to our hospice clients. This role serves the Saginaw area with the Troy office as parent agency, offering weekend work opportunities.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, and ideally some hospice experience. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential to support patients and families in a compassionate, respectful manner.

Qualifications

• Hospice care experience preferred (6 months).
• Deliver compassionate care and emotional support to patients and families.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

AdvisaCare Home Health Care and Hospice, a Medicare Certified Agency, is seeking experienced, motivated, and reliable *Hospice Certified Nursing Assistants* to provide personal care services to our Hospice clients serviced by our Saginaw office and the surrounding areas. Our Troy office location will be your parent agency.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED
• 6 Months of hospice experience preferred
