Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Registered Nurse to join our field medical team, providing clinical expertise and in-home education to patients across therapeutic areas. You will demonstrate proper injection device use and deliver disease-state education, with travel to patient homes as needed.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license, 2–5+ years’ injection training experience, and comfort with health tech tools. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in your state of employment.
• 2-5+ years’ clinical or related experience in injection training and education.
• Be available to work 2 or more days/week providing in home patient injection training, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise to patients through utilization of your clinical nursing skills and education, helping to improve patient outcomes.
• Provide post-prescription education and demonstration to patients and caregivers on the proper use of the client's injection devices, disease state education and other messaging as approved by the client.
• Conduct the training within 5 days of the assignment request or at the convenience of the patient.
• Complete post training survey and report within 24-hours of training completion.
• Travel up to a 3 hour radius and be available for in home patient injection training, including nights and weekends.

You’re a clinician, a patient advocate, and an educator — and you excel at every one of them. In this role, you will provide clinical expertise to patients through utilizing your clinical skills and education, helping them to improve patient outcomes.
