Job summary

Atulo Health is seeking an experienced Home Infusion RN (per diem/PRN) to provide infusion therapy in patients' homes or designated infusion suites. Scheduling is flexible based on referrals and nurse availability within your service area.

Requirements include an active Wisconsin RN license, 1 year home infusion experience, BLS, and a valid driver's license. Prior experience with IVIG/SCIG, biologics, TPN, and related therapies is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Wisconsin RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of home infusion experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills.
• Ability to work independently in home or infusion suite.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with patients, pharmacies, providers, and care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide infusion therapy and nursing care in patients' homes or infusion suites.
• Administer IVIG/SCIG and other prescribed therapies; monitor patients.
• Assess patients, document findings, and educate patients/families.
• Coordinate care with patients, pharmacies, and the care team.
