BrightStar Care Northwest Compassionate Care, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for part-time home visit nursing in the St. Cloud area.

The role involves traveling to client homes, performing skilled nursing visits, wound care, INR checks, medication management, and catheter care as needed. You will document findings per state guidelines and Joint Commission standards while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Formación

• Experience in home health or similar settings preferred.
• Able to travel across St. Cloud, Becker, Princeton, Foley and surrounding areas.
• Strong interpersonal and compassionate care approach.
• Well-organized with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing services to patients in their home.
• Wound care, INR, medication management, catheter care, etc.
• Perform routine nursing care as prescribed by provider.
• Monitor health, document vitals and progress.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance.
