Ace Home Health Care & Hospice is seeking outstanding physical therapists for per diem, field-based positions serving San Jose, Santa Clara and Campbell, CA. We offer supportive administration, work-life balance and opportunities to impact patient care in the community.

Compensation ranges from $153,600 to $223,800 annually, paid per visit, with comprehensive benefits including health plans, PTO, 401(k), and access to CEUs and professional development opportunities.

Formación

• Must have a degree in physical therapy approved by an accredited organization.
• Licensed to practice as physical therapist in California.
• Two years of experience as a physical therapist; home health experience preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication and organization skills.
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile insured per CA DMV requirements.

Qualifications:

• Possesses a degree in physical therapy approved by an accredited organization.
• Licensed to practice as physical therapist in California.
• Two years of appropriate experience as a physical therapist. Community/home health experience is preferred.
• Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and organization skills.
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with California DMV requirements and is in good working order.
