Responsibilities

• Provides service within the scope of practice as defined by California law.
• Evaluates functional status and plans care alongside the physician.
• Observes and reports patient progress to nurse supervisor and physician.
• Conducts patient assessments using functional tests.
• Functionally adapt to home environments and patients of diverse backgrounds.
