Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of histology laboratory experience.
• HTL ASCP BOC certification required; HT acceptable.
• Experience with Benchmark Ultra and Sakura systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process tissue specimens: receive, embed, section, stain, and mount slides.
• Maintain slide accuracy with strict QC and safety protocols.
• Operate microscopes and tissue processors; examine slides.
• Perform H&E, IHC, and special stains to aid diagnosis.
• Document processing steps and QC data; note discrepancies.
• Monitor and restock laboratory supplies.
• Follow safety protocols for hazardous chemicals and bio materials.
