Job summary

Rothman Orthopaedics seeks a Per Diem Hand Therapist in Center City, Philadelphia to cover in surrounding Pennsylvania offices. You will treat adolescent to geriatric patients with hand/upper-extremity injuries, fabricate splints, perform evaluations, and collaborate with surgeons and therapists.

The role requires a Master’s in OT or PT, PA licensure, and 5+ years in hand therapy; availability is per diem and on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in OT or PT from an accredited program.
• Active Pennsylvania OT/PT license required.
• 5+ years of hand therapy experience preferred.
• Per diem availability to cover in Center City and surrounding PA offices.

Responsibilities

• Provide hand therapy services in a fast-paced orthopaedic clinic.
• Fabricate static and dynamic splints/orthoses.
• Conduct evaluations and set therapy goals with patients.
• Document progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and rehab team; supervise aides and students.
