Job summary

UPMC Central PA seeks per diem adult and senior care physicians to join our growing post-acute care team serving the Lancaster/Lititz region. You will provide direct patient care across skilled nursing, rehab, assisted living, and clinics, collaborating with facility leaders and discharge teams to drive high-quality care.

Board-certified/eligible in Internal, Family, or Geriatric Medicine is preferred. EPIC EMR usage, and compassionate, patient-centered care are essential traits for success in

• Strong collaborative and leadership abilities.
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate geriatric care.
• Eligible for Pennsylvania licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across multiple facilities.
• Collaborate with care teams to optimize quality of care.
• Supervise APPs and coordinate with discharge teams.
• Utilize EPIC EMR and imaging/lab results for decisions.
