Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• California State RN License required.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS certifications required for浮 to various units.
• Minimum 3 years recent acute RN experience in specialty.
• Experience in two or more Career Float Pool clusters.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for patients by ensuring every voice is heard in care decisions.
• Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based nursing across multiple specialty settings.
• Maintain a broad clinical perspective and evolving nursing role.
