Job summary

Aarris Healthcare is looking for experienced Per Diem Field Registered Nurses (RNs) for home health visits across the greater Sacramento area. The role requires performing skilled nursing visits, patient assessments, and developing care plans. Ideal candidates possess an active California RN license and have previous home health experience. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year RN experience preferred.
• Home Health experience strongly preferred.
• OASIS documentation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled nursing visits in patient homes.
• Complete Start of Care (SOC), Recertification, and discharge visits.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
