We are NOW HIRING for Registered Nursesfor Start-of-Care Field Visits and follow up visits in the Westchester County/White Plains area.

The RN would assess patients' needs and develop the Plan of Care and complete the follow up visits if required for an RN. If visits are for PT, OT, SLP you will not be required to follow up.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of bedside RN experience
• Homecare experience preferred
• AlayaCare experience preferred
• Start of Care experience preferred
  

Requirements:

• NYS Registered Nursing LicenseandRegistration
• BLS
• Physical - within a year
• QuantiFERON - within a year
• MMR Titers
• NPI #
• Malpractice insurance
• Two forms for government ID’s
• Two letters of recommendation
