Job summary

One Medical is seeking a casual/per diem clinician in Seattle, WA to provide high-quality primary care both in-office and via telehealth. Expect 16–24 patient care hours weekly with opportunities for in-person procedures as trained.

Licensed in Washington and board-eligible/certified in Family or Internal Medicine is required, with flexibility to obtain additional credentials for virtual care across states. Collaboration with diverse clinical teams is a core part of the role.

Qualifications

• Residency in Family Medicine or MedPeds completed or in progress.
• At least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care.
• WA license obtained before start date.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible with upcoming exam.

Responsibilities

• See patients with acute, chronic and well visits.

Employment type:

• “Casual Employee” (per diem, hourly clinician role)
• 16-24 patient care hours per week

What you'll be working on:

• Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
• Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or MedPeds residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. If not yet Board Certified, must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
• Licensed in Washington, obtained before your One Medical start date

This is an hourly role based in Seattle (Ballard), WA. The rate for this role is $171 per hour.
