One Medical is hiring per diem, hourly clinicians in San Francisco, CA. You will see patients for acute, chronic, and well visits, both in-office and via telehealth. You’ll collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams to deliver high-quality primary care.

The role requires completed NP/PA training with national certification and CA licensure, with the potential to obtain additional state credentials for expanded virtual care. This is an hourly role across multiple SF locations.

Qualifikationen

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care.
• State licensed in CA by start date.

• Seeing patients with acute, chronic, and well visits; some tele-health visits.
• Collaborating with in-office and virtual teams during daily huddles.
• Utilizing clinical training and performing in-office procedures as needed.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual care in more states.
