Job summary

One Medical is seeking a per diem clinician to support our Chicago-area clinics, including Deerfield and Oak Brook areas. The role involves seeing patients for acute, chronic, and well visits, with in-office care and occasional telehealth.

You will collaborate with in-person and virtual teams to deliver high-quality care and may perform in-office procedures as needed. The position requires at least 2 years of primary care experience, IL licensure or eligibility, and board certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of primary care experience.
• Licensed or eligible for Illinois licensure.
• Board certification in primary care.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Per diem availability including weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• See patients with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Provide in-office care and occasional telehealth visits.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures when appropriate.
