Job summary

One Medical, a leading primary care provider based in Chicago, seeks a casual, per diem clinician to deliver in-office and telehealth care across multiple Chicago locations. The role involves 8–16 patient care hours per week, with malpractice insurance, access to UpToDate, a company-issued laptop, and PTO eligibility.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in primary care, is licensed or can obtain Illinois licensure, and can collaborate effectively with in-person and virtual teams.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of primary care experience
• Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in Illinois
• Ability to build relationships with teammates and communicate effectively in groups
• Thrive in a fast-growing mission-driven organization focused on data to improve patient outcomes
• Board Certification in Family Medicine or MedPeds

Responsibilities

• See patients with a broad range of needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits
• Provide in-office care and occasional tele-health visits
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams via daily huddles
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures as appropriate
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual care in other states
