Job summary

One Medical in Boston, MA is seeking a Casual/Per Diem Family Medicine clinician to see a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits. The role combines in-office care with occasional tele-health visits and requires a Massachusetts license and recent outpatient experience.

This hourly position offers $150 per hour, per diem schedule, with benefits eligibility per local policy. You will join a collaborative team using in-office and virtual care tools to deliver patient-centered primary care.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in, or completed, an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Board Eligible / residency completed recently and exam scheduled.
• Massachusetts state license obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Seeing patients with a broad array of needs: acute, chronic and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office and performing occasional telehealth visits.
• Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilizing clinical training and opportunities for in-office procedures.
