First Choice Nurses of Eastern Virginia is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for Per Diem hospital opportunities. You can choose shifts that fit your availability and enjoy competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and daily pay options.

As an ER RN, you will assess and monitor patients in acute emergencies, triage, administer medications, and coordinate care with physicians and staff. Active RN license, 2+ years ER experience, and BLS/ACLS are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care ER experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to complete facility credentialing requirements
• Dependable and professional with a commitment to quality patient care

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients in an acute-care emergency setting
• Triage and prioritize patient needs
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Respond to emergency and critical-care situations
• Complete required assessments and documentation
• Perform additional RN duties within scope of practice and facility requirements
