Job summary

Sierra Health and Wellness is seeking a Per Diem Driver/Resident Assistant to transport clients to treatment and appointments, while providing supportive staff functions at the facility. The role includes assisting with intakes, safety checks, and light housekeeping as needed.

Responsibilities emphasize professional client interaction, timely communication of delays, and maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness, with certifications completed as required upon hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (can be obtained upon hire).
• Valid Class C license; TB test and health screen may be completed after hiring.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients from home/hospital to the facility.
• Transport clients to appointments as needed.
• Assist with light housekeeping and facility duties.
• Communicate delays or safety concerns to management.
• Track vehicle maintenance and keep vehicle clean and in order.
• Assist with client intakes and searches of belongings.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure building security.
