Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Education, 2+ years teaching ELA/Reading, coaching experience, and strong facilitation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years in teaching ELA or Reading and coaching teachers.
• Master's degree in ELA or Reading preferred.
• Fluency with digital tools and ability to discuss and apply data with educators.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate high-quality professional development for teachers and school leaders.
• Provide on-site product training and support for the Ready and i-Ready programs.
• Analyze data and help educators apply findings to instruction.
