Job summary

PathPoint is seeking Per Diem Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join the CAP team in Lancaster, CA. DSPs will teach skills in virtual and in-person classrooms and accompany individuals on community outings.

This role supports adults with physical and developmental disabilities and offers flexible scheduling. The positions are hourly, with starting pay at $25.50 per hour, and bilingual candidates may earn $25.80 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching or coaching adults preferred.
• Ability to document progress and support skill development.
• Comfort leading small groups in classroom settings and in the community.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and online groups to develop skills (art, music, cooking, recreation, vocational skills, assistive technology).
• Accompany groups on community outings for recreation or service opportunities.
• Assist individuals with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Document progress toward goals and share updates with teammates.
