Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages to residents
• Assist with food preparation, including washing and peeling vegetables, meat preparation, and plating meals
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Support the dietary team in maintaining accurate inventory, ordering supplies, and managing stock levels
• Work closely with residents, families, and healthcare team to ensure all dietary needs are met
• Collaborate with the dietary team to develop and implement menus, and ensure meal service is timely and efficient
