As a per diem Dietary Aide, you will assist with meals, maintain clean dining areas, and support safe food storage and handling while interacting with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Ability to walk, bend, lift, push, pull, turn, stoop, and stretch.
• Capable of unloading and stocking groceries, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient writing and record-keeping, with the ability to follow English instructions.
• Ability to stay composed during emergencies.
• Effective communication with residents, staff, and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing meals and snacks
• Keep dining areas clean and welcoming
• Receive, rotate, and store supplies and food
• Maintain clean and safe food storage and work areas
• Ensure equipment and supplies are in good condition
• Assist with dishwashing and kitchen cleaning
• Interact with residents, families, staff, and the community
• Handle food following safety regulations and report issues
