Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certifications are required (agency covers requirement).
• Experience working with the elderly or disabled preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Monitor temperatures of foods and document in the food log.
• Check and document refrigerator and freezer temperatures daily; calibrate thermometers weekly.
• Wash tables before and after meals; clean kitchen and related areas.
• Prepare sandwiches for clients and field trips as needed.
• Clean after food service and maintain cleanliness guidelines.
