Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing assessment of the patient.
• Demonstrates clinical judgment in responding to priority patient needs.
• Communicates and documents assessment with the interdisciplinary team.
• Develops and documents plan of care.
• Provides care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary health team.
• Maintains appropriate nurse-patient relationship.
