Job Description

Atlantic Health System is seeking a per diem CT Scan Technologist for our Union Campus at Overlook Medical Center.

  • Accurately interpret CT Protocols and correctly position the patient for the exam.
  • Operate CT scanner equipment in accordance with prescribed radiation standards (ALARA).
  • Evaluate CT scans for technical quality.
  • Utilize EPIC -Radiant and PACS to schedule and transmit images to the Radiologist for interpretation.
  • Prepare and administer contrast material using the power injector.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Completion of a 24 month AMA School of Radiologic Technology

License/Certifications:

  • NJ State RT License
  • ARRT
  • ARRT CT advanced registry
  • 1+ years of experience preferred
