Job summary

Brown University Health seeks a CT Technologist for per diem coverage in Providence. You will operate a CT scanner and related equipment to image geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients, while teaching students and staff in imaging procedures.

The role requires RI radiology licensure, ARRT registration, CT licensure, CPR/BLS certifications, and CT experience in a hospital setting. Per diem scheduling offers variable shifts and patient-centered collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must hold RI state Radiology license and CT supplemental license from the DOH.
• Must be registered and in good standing with the ARRT.
• Current CPR certification from AHA, BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• Two years of formal training in Radiologic Technology and ARRT registration.
• Six months of radiology department experience with CT operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex CT procedures in a busy Radiology Department.
• Train students and staff in imaging procedures and techniques.
• Operate and coordinate with five scanners including GE and Siemens equipment.
• Collaborate with team to ensure patient safety and quality imaging.
