Job summary

Jefferson Health – New Jersey is seeking Per Diem CRNAs to join our anesthesia care team across three South Jersey campuses. Enjoy flexible scheduling and a broad case mix in a supportive, patient-centered environment within a leading regional health system.

CRNAs will provide anesthesia care, collaborate with anesthesiologists, and participate in education and quality initiatives while maintaining licensure and ongoing certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Master’s degree in nursing.
• Active RN and CRNA license in New Jersey or eligibility.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, evidence-based anesthesia care in collaboration with anesthesiologists.
• Perform preoperative assessments, develop anesthetic plans, and manage intraoperative and post-anesthesia care.
• Communicate effectively with the surgical team and maintain thorough documentation.
• Participate in department quality improvement efforts, educational activities, and mandatory training.
• Maintain required licensure, certification, and continuing education
