Liberty Resources, Inc. seeks a Per Diem Residential Specialist for its Oswego Crisis Residence Program. The role supports adults in crisis with health and wellness coaching, relapse prevention and family engagement.

Responsibilities include advocacy, coordinating with health providers, and delivering recovery-oriented services while maintaining detailed documentation and flexible shifts, including overnights as needed.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1-3 years in mental health or related fields preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; DOH NYS approved program student/intern also qualifies.
• Experience in behavioral health or recovery models is preferred.
• Comfort around individuals in psychiatric crisis and strong de-escalation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advocacy, supportive counseling and referral services as needed.
• Develop care plans with health homes, hospitals and treatment providers.
• Deliver wellness and relapse prevention support to guests.
• Utilize Need Adapted Treatment and Motivational Interviewing approaches.
• Cover program shifts including evenings, weekends, and overnights as required.
• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner.
