Responsibilities

• Provides security for judges, members of the New Hampshire Bar Association, court staff, and the public.
• Protects the privacy and maintains order and decorum within the courtroom.
• Inspects courtroom, judge's chambers and related areas for weapons or contraband.
• Performs security screening and removes firearms and contraband as necessary.
• Provides information regarding court procedures to the public, witnesses, and attorneys.
• Patrols building and grounds, and conducts perimeter checks for safety.
