Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) with CPR certification.
• 1–2 years of experience in long-term care preferred.
• Good physical and mental health; capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to follow supervision and written/oral instructions.
• Strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer rehabilitation services under OT supervision.
• Follow treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Document patient progress in accordance with standards.
• Develop educational plans based on learning needs.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures.
• Report to supervising OT and Rehabilitation Director.
