Job summary

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Per Diem Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Lincoln Park, IL. The role involves providing outpatient therapy in an ALF/ILF setting, with PRN flexibility and a wage range of $32–$37 per hour.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• NBCOT certification required or eligible.
• Current state licensure to practice as a COTA or eligibility if pending.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
• Lead or assist with therapeutic activities and patient education.
