Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a Per-diem Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Bath, Maine. You will provide compassionate therapy services and collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff to support resident independence.

The ideal candidate holds an OTA license (or is eligible) in Maine, demonstrates strong computer skills (Outlook/Word/Excel), and maintains accurate documentation with good attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license or license eligible in the state employed.
• Ability to work collaboratively with rehab therapists and nursing staff.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic documentation.
• Good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
• Possess a current Occupational Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
