Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions seeks a per-diem Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team in Kittery, ME. You will deliver comprehensive therapy services, collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff, and help residents reach their highest level of independence.

Qualifications

Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in ME or license eligible.
Proficient with electronic documentation and Microsoft Office.
Ability to collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff.
Strong attention to detail and timeliness in documentation.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing setting.
Work with rehab team to support resident independence.
Document patient progress in electronic records accurately and timely.
