Job summary

Genoa Healthcare, part of the UnitedHealth Group family, seeks a Per Diem Pharmacist to perform professional pharmacy duties on an intermittent basis. You will distribute prescribed medications, provide drug information to customers, and promote high-quality customer service while ensuring compliance with WV Board of Pharmacy rules.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Pharmacy or PharmD and an active WV pharmacist license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Current pharmacist's license in the state of WV.

Responsibilities

• Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners.
• Provides information to customers about medications and their use.
• Focuses on providing a superior level of customer service.
• Ensures compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy.
• Administration of immunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy.
• Any other usual and customary pharmacy duties.
