Job summary

Riverside Community Care is seeking a Per Diem Community Clinician to provide home and community-based stabilization, psychotherapy, and service planning for youth authorized for DMH services. This role emphasizes culturally competent, trauma-informed, strength-based approaches to families facing multiple stressors.

Relief/Per Diem schedule with competitive hourly pay, including options for unlicensed or independently licensed clinicians.

Qualifications

• Provide home and community-based stabilization and psychotherapy for youth authorized for DMH services.
• Deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed, strength-based services to children and families facing multiple stressors such as poverty and homelessness.
• Provide 24-hour on-call consultation as required.

Community Clinician - Per Diem

In this vital role, the Per Diem Community Clinician will:

• provide home and community-based stabilization, clinical interventions, individual and family psychotherapy, support, service planning, advocacy and service linkage to youth authorized for service through DMH and their families
• provide culturally competent, trauma informed, strength-based services to children and families struggling with multiple stressors including mental health, trauma, inadequate community supports & resources, language barriers, poverty and homelessness
• provide 24-hour on-call consultation as required

Schedule: Relief / Per Diem

Pay Rate:

• Unlicensed Clinician - $33.16/hour
• Independent Licensure - $35.70/hour
