Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts nurse aide certification or registry status appropriate to the selected opportunity.
• Clear communication, reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a clinical team.
• Readiness to complete credential, screening and orientation requirements for a selected opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living and personal care, support mobility and comfort.
• Observe and report changes to the nursing team, document assigned care, and follow the care plan under supervision.
• Respect each person's dignity, privacy and safety, and document care accurately.
