Job summary

HomeWorks Staffing in New Jersey is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for per diem assignments. Earn $24-$28 per hour based on experience and assignment, with eligible shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends.

Join our HomeWorks team to provide resident-centered care, assist with daily living activities, and support seniors across Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Atlantic, Cape May, Salem, and Cumberland counties.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CNA certification.
• At least 6 months of experience in a long-term care setting.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Step into available shifts you've selected to help maintain seamless resident care.
• Help residents with daily living activities, including personal care, grooming, and dressing.
• Deliver resident-centered support while following individualized care plans.
• Monitor resident well-being through regular check-ins and proactive assistance.
• Assist with dining, mobility, and other activities that promote comfort and independence.
• Foster meaningful connections with residents and collaborate with teammates to create a positive living environment.
