United Health Services (UHS) is seeking a Nursing Assistant per diem to provide compassionate, patient-centered care on the Medical Unit at Delaware Valley Hospital. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, vital signs, intake/output, and communicate changes to the RN to support patient safety and comfort.

This role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to HIPAA and infection control, and completing onboarding and CPR within required timelines.

Qualifikationen

• BLS certification required (may be obtained within 90 days of hire).
• Vocational Diploma/Certificate in Nurse Aide studies preferred.
• NYSDOH CNA credential preferred.
• Up to 1 year of related healthcare experience preferred.
• Up to 1 year of healthcare experience in hospital/clinical setting preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide basic patient care and ADLs under RN supervision.
• Assist with nutrition and hydration as directed by RN.
• Record vital signs, weight, intake/output in EHR and report changes.
• Support safe mobility, positioning, and transfers.
• Maintain a clean, safe patient environment and respond to call lights.
• Perform Unit Secretary/clerical duties as needed.
• Support unit workflow and continuity of care.
